Can I cancel my order?

At this time, we are unable to cancel any orders once they have been placed due to all sales being final.

 

Can I change my order?

After your order is placed, there are no changes that can be made to the order.

 

Why was my order canceled?

Orders are canceled due to an unverified address. Mild or high fraud alerts. Any of these flags, will cause your order to be canceled.

 

Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

What happens if my order comes damaged?

In the unlikelihood your order comes damaged. You have 48hrs from the delivery date of the package, take pictures of the unopened damaged product. Email afroglamnailscs@gmail.com, pictures and a screenshot of your order confirmation.  Customer service will handle the replacement of your items. **AGN does NOT replace items damaged during shipping.**

 

 

What if I entered the wrong address?

Afro Glam Nails, is NOT responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by customers.

 

 

My delivery is late, why is it taking so long?

Please check with you shipping courier. There are sometime unforeseen delays like weather, traffic or delays within the post office warehouse. If you have your tracking number, please check with you shipping courier directly regarding your order for updates. USPS will be able to assist you with tracking your order or filing a claim.
